Privacy Policy – BOND

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Who we are. BOND (the "Game") is developed by Haim Cherin, a licensed sole proprietor (Osek Murshe) operating as Studio Cherin, HaRav Maimon 1, Apt 11, Sderot, Israel. Contact: [email protected].

Data we collect. The Game does not collect, transmit or share personal data. It has no user accounts, servers, ads, in-app purchases, analytics or crash reporting. Your game progress is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. We cannot access it, and uninstalling the Game deletes it. Apart from what is described under "Tester sign-up", we hold no data about you.

App stores and beta programs. Google Play and Apple (TestFlight) may collect data under their own policies, such as a tester's email address, install data, and crash reports or feedback you choose to send through TestFlight. We may see this data in our developer consoles. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Apple's policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Tester sign-up (beta). If you sign up as a tester through the form on our website, we collect only your name, your email address (your Google or Apple account) and your device type (Android or iOS). We use them only to invite you to test the Game and to send you updates about testing. We do not send marketing email, and we do not share your details with anyone, except that we add your email to the tester list in Google Play or TestFlight. Sign-up is open only to people aged 18 and over. Your details are stored in a Google Sheet in Studio Cherin's account, and only we can access it. We delete them when the beta ends, or earlier if you ask.

This website. This website (bond-game.com, not the Game) is served via Cloudflare, which may process visitors' IP addresses and request data (such as server logs) for delivery and security purposes. This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party fonts.

Contacting us. If you email us, we use your details only to reply to you, and we delete them on request.

Children. The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights. Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the GDPR where it applies, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Contact us at the email address above.

Changes. If our practices change, for example if we add analytics or a server, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
